Me? I Made your Day?

mobiletorch.jpegI am honored to have made Ines’ day, over at Miamism.com ! Ines rocks and to say that I received her You Make my Day Award is humbling. I look at her Miamism Blog and her Mobile Blog and say, “WOW. I hope I can accomplish half as much in my blog…. “

You can read about the other bloggers that made Ines’ day here.

I’ve been selected to pass the torch. Here were my You Make my Day Award instructions:

1) Write a post with links to 5 blogs that make me think and/or make my day
2) Acknowledge the post of the award giver
3) Tell the award winners that they have won by commenting on their blogs with the news!

So here are 5 blogs that make my day (in random order :) -

- Kristin writes The Connected Classroom , and I recently met her on Twitter. I am impressed with her passion for education. She also inspired a post that I wrote about Cell Phones and Internet in School, due to publish Monday evening.

- Lani is also a new friend of mine. We also met on Twittter :) I talked to Lani quite a bit, then she was rushed to the ER and was diagnosed with Labyrinthitis. I began reading her blog, RERevealed after this. She makes me laugh, shows geniune care for people, and is always welcoming.

- I was gifted a new book by Thom Singer, “Some Assembly Required“. The book is full of great networking helps; I’m learning a lot. Bonus! Here more of what Thom has to say on his blog at ThomSinger.com.

- The reason I exist with online presence blogging is because of Linda Davis. Linda spoke on a RE/MAX blog panel, and I was lucky enough to view it later. I stalked her name until I found her (not too hard, her ranking is amazing!). She responded to my email and welcomed me to the world of blogging with open arms. So she’s my Blog Mom. If you ever need a home in Leyard, CT, Linda will take care of you! Click here to open the world of Connecticuit in Linda’s Blog.

- Faina and I just talked via Skype. My list could go on and on about who to pass the torch to, but there is only 5… I chose Faina in the spirit of new friendship. With this torch to you, Faina, I hope that you continue to pursue “outside” blogging (we know what that means :) . Faina can be reached via reading her blog about the Princeton, NJ area.

If you like My Mobile View West of Philly, you might also find West of Philly Burbs a good read.
